JTA Tourism and Mobility is a subsidiary of JTA International Investment Holding, headquartered in Doha, Qatar. We invest capital from our parent company alongside qualified partners in tourism, leisure, real estate and transport projects. Through long-term strategic partnerships, we support developments that strengthen infrastructure, connect destinations and create lasting economic value in Qatar and international markets.

How We Work

We work with developers, specialist operators, industry partners and, where appropriate, government entities to identify opportunities and develop commercially viable projects. Our approach combines equity investment and partnership structuring with the technical and operational expertise of our team and specialist partners. Together, we guide projects from feasibility studies and planning through development and into operation.

Message from the CEO

Tourism, hospitality, real estate and transport shape how people travel, live and connect. At JTA Tourism and Mobility, we invest in projects across these sectors, using capital from our parent company, JTA International Investment Holding, alongside partners who bring local knowledge, specialist operations and delivery capability.

We believe good investments are built on good partnerships. That is why we choose partners and projects with care, agree clear roles and terms from the start, and keep our approach transparent and compliant with the laws of every market where we work.
